We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. You may do so by contacting us with your order details.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and free from any signs of wear, damage, creases, or alterations

  • Returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund as required by EU law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, in accordance with EU regulations

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 90-day return period

  • Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

  • Sale items (if applicable)

International Orders (Outside the EU)

We ship almost worldwide. Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes related to returning an item.
